The proposed development in Kitale involved 7 story office block with one level of underground parking. The objective of the preliminary trial holes investigation was to establish the suitability of the plot to accommodate building with one level of underground parking and the challenges it might present. The preliminary investigation done involved excavation of trial holes to firm ground. A total of 7 holes were dug and tested. Structural design was undertaken to completion. The scope of works included roads and parking infrastructure withtin the development, water and wastewater design. The concept of green design technology was incorporated in the design.
