Felma Consult Ltd completed the structural audit for the proposed referral hospital and provided a technical audit report that aided the purchase and the technical basis for completion of the project to enable its use by the county as a referral hospital. The works involved Schmidt hammer testing, scanning of reinforcement bars in structural elements and performance of ultra-sonic tests to determine concrete homogeneity in the structural works.
